Starting Point

Through a valuable connection in my network, I was presented with the opportunity to pitch Yummhy’s as a corporate partnership to the Head of Resident Experiences at one of Europe’s largest property companies. This required a comprehensive approach to planning, organizing, and optimizing a compelling proposal and pitch to the decision-makers.

Role & Responsibilities:

As the lead on this initiative, I was responsible for the entire process—from developing the pitch strategy to managing cross-functional communications and presenting the proposal to the company’s head office. My goal was to highlight mutually beneficial opportunities and create a compelling case for a long-term partnership.

  • Pitch Strategy & Proposal Development:

  • Designed and executed a comprehensive pitching strategy, including the creation of a detailed proposal and presentation tailored to the potential partner’s interests.

  • Focused on demonstrating the mutual benefits of collaboration, highlighting how the partnership could drive value for both parties.

  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

  • Managed and coordinated effective communications across a cross-functional team to ensure alignment and a unified approach in delivering the pitch.

  • Presentation & Relationship Building:

  • Delivered an emotionally intelligent and persuasive presentation, engaging the Head of Resident Experiences with clear, impactful messaging.

  • Addressed questions confidently, nurturing relationships and ensuring the decision-makers felt understood and valued.

Results:

  • Secured an immediate partnership, with the property company expressing strong interest in collaboration.

  • Projected 80% revenue increase as a direct result of the partnership.

  • The Deputy Managing Director personally recognized the concept's value and expressed personal interest in becoming a member.

  • The partnership established authority and trust within the sector, elevating Yummhy’s reputation and positioning within the market.
