Starting Point

Yummy's needed a website that effectively communicated its premium brand identity, showcased strategic partnerships and built trust with potential customers and partners. The goal was to create a compelling digital presence that not only attracted customers but also encouraged potential partners to engage with the brand.​

Role & Responsibilities:

Whilst leading this project, I was responsible for guiding the website design, ensuring it aligned with Yummy’s brand vision and business objectives. My goal was to create a visually captivating, user-friendly platform that communicated our brand values, strengthened relationships with partners, and increased customer engagement.

Key Contributions:

Competitor Analysis & Market Research:

  • Conducted a thorough analysis of competitors' websites, identifying key trends, strengths, and opportunities for differentiation.

  • Gained insights into what worked well in the market and how Yummy's could offer a unique online experience.

Product Roadmap Creation:

  • Organized a detailed product roadmap outlining key phases of the website redesign, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.

Website Design & Development:

  • Designed and developed a 90+ page website using Wix, focusing on both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

  • Ensured that the website effectively showcased our partnerships and premium offerings, with an emphasis on trust-building elements.

Stakeholder Engagement & User Insights:

  • Conducted interviews with both customers and potential partners to gather feedback on their website experience and preferences.

  • Used this qualitative feedback to inform design decisions and improve website functionality.

Iterative Improvements:

  • Based on feedback from users and partners, I implemented several design and UX improvements aimed at increasing engagement and satisfaction.

Results:

  • 64% Increase in click-through rate from the homepage to the discount directory, significantly improving customer interaction with our offers.

  • 70% Increase in partner engagement, fostering stronger relationships and attracting new collaborations.

  • 43% Improvement in homepage UX metrics, including increased time spent on the pages.

​

  • Positive Feedback from Partners: Partners expressed strong satisfaction with the website, with several asking who had designed it, which highlighted its premium quality.

Conclusion:

Through strategic design and user-centered improvements, I successfully created a website that positioned Yummy’s as a premium brand. The project not only boosted customer engagement but also strengthened partnerships and delivered a competitive edge in the market. By aligning the website with both user needs and business objectives, I ensured Yummy’s continued growth and brand visibility.
